In this section you will find frequently asked questions about shipping.

As soon as we have received your payment, we will send your package within 24 hours from our logistics center in Salzburg to the desired address.

The delivery time within Austria and to southern Germany is about one to two days. To northern Germany it is two days and within the EU three to four days. International shipments are fully processed within seven days.

As soon as you have added the desired item to the shopping cart, the shipping costs will be displayed automatically depending on the address. In addition, there is an overview of the costs at the bottom of our website.

Customs duties are only due when ordering outside the EU (for example Switzerland, Norway, USA, Australia). These customs and import costs must be borne by the recipient in our case.

Return and exchange

If you would like to return an item, please first fill out the Return form on our website first, so that we know which products you are returning to us. When returning the item, we ask that you repackage it properly in the box you received from us so that the item is protected inside. You can then post the package to the nearest parcel service.

The costs for the return shipment must be borne by the recipient. As a very young company, we do not yet have the resources to provide all returns free of charge. The return shipping costs vary and depend on the country and the parcel service provider of the respective country.

If the film has been completely removed, we can no longer guarantee the integrity of the anti-fog coating. Therefore, the lens can no longer be sold as new. We will accept a return and ask you to please be very careful next time.

Of course this is possible. Please be so kind and put the protective film back on the lens as originally to avoid damage in the event of a return.

For returns from Switzerland, you can apply for a refund of import duties. Therefore, please always fill out an export declaration and mark the package as a return. The customer bears the shipping costs of a return. More information about Returns from Switzerland Switzerland.

General information and ordering process

Here we would like to explain briefly how you can buy products from us.

A small selection of glasses is available at our headquarters in Salzburg. You can also try them on on site. However, we ask you to contact us in advance and make an appointment. Please send us an appointment request to support@nakedoptics.net.

Once the desired product has been selected, you can place it in the shopping cart without obligation by clicking on the button "add to shopping cart". The contents of the shopping cart can be viewed at any time without obligation by clicking on the button "Edit shopping cart" or at the shopping cart symbol in the upper right corner. The products can be removed from the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "delete" button on the far right of the product line. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart then just click on the button "Checkout". Thereupon all necessary data must be entered. When ordering for the first time it is possible to create a new user or to order only as a guest. If you register as a new user, you only need to log in with the login and password you set when you registered for the first time to place further orders. Your data will always be transmitted encrypted.

After entering your data and selecting the payment and delivery method, you will reach the order page by clicking the "Continue" button, where you can check your entries again. By clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay" you complete the ordering process.

By pressing the "back arrow" of the browser you can correct your entries. The order process can be cancelled at any time by closing the browser. For security reasons, the contract data can no longer be accessed via the Internet. However, they will be sent to you by e-mail.
